The general schedule of training is listed below and is aimed at all levels (depending on how much time and effort you want to commit).

Juniors under age 16 years and beginners start at 08.30 unless your coach has given you a different time.
Please note that it may not be possible for Juniors and beginners to row if the club is away from the club racing. Your coach will inform you of this the week prior.
Juniors and beginners must not go on the water unsupervised by their appointed club coach, club captain or vice captain at any time. This is in accordance with the water safety rules of Derby Rowing Club.
